Mahindra Logistics reported a net loss of ₹10.80 crore for the quarter ended June 2025, compared to a net loss of ₹9.32 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, reflecting a 16% increase in losses. Despite the widening loss, the company’s revenue saw a healthy growth of 14.41%, rising to ₹1,624.59 crore from ₹1,420.02 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Operating profit margin (OPM) remained largely stable at 4.69%, compared to 4.67% a year earlier. Profit before depreciation, interest, and tax (PBDT) increased by 12% to ₹58.79 crore from ₹52.46 crore. However, the company’s profit before tax (PBT) further declined to a loss of ₹5.78 crore, down from a loss of ₹2.50 crore in the same quarter last year, a deterioration of 131%.
The results indicate that while Mahindra Logistics continues to grow its top line steadily, cost pressures and margin constraints have led to a deepening of losses.
