VRL Logistics Strengthens Southern Operations with Landmark β‚Ή229 Crore Bengaluru Hub Acquisition

In a strategic move to fortify its presence in southern India, third-party logistics provider VRL Logistics has acquired a massive 27-acre transshipment hub in Bengaluru for a whopping β‚Ή229.30 crore. This acquisition, critical for the company’s operations in the region, marks a significant milestone in its infrastructure expansion strategy. A Game-Changer for South India Logistics VRL Logistics had leased the facility for the past decade but has now taken full ownership to secure its long-term operational needs. The β‚Ή229.30 crore deal, inclusive of stamp duty and registration, was partly financed by a loan of around β‚Ή185 crore. “This hub is pivotal to our operations in south India.
