Prozo has strengthened its Karnataka presence with two new multi-client fulfilment centres in Hoskote, Bengaluru, adding around 1.5 lakh square feet of warehousing space. The expansion raises its facility count in the state to 12 and further reinforces its growing national supply chain network.

New Hoskote centres boost capacity
Prozo, recognised among India’s fastest-growing full-stack supply chain companies, has launched two new fulfilment centres in Hoskote. The facilities, measuring 75,000 sq ft and 76,000 sq ft, significantly enhance the company’s operational footprint in one of South India’s key consumption and distribution corridors.

Hoskote offers strong connectivity to major industrial clusters and urban markets, making it a strategic base for brands operating across e-commerce, retail and enterprise channels. The new centres are equipped with enterprise-grade infrastructure and advanced warehouse management systems, enabling real-time inventory visibility, improved compliance standards and flexible, scalable operations.

With these additions, the company now operates 12 facilities in Karnataka, forming part of its nationwide network of more than 50 fulfilment centres spanning over 3 million sq ft of warehousing space.

Focus on technology and efficiency
The newly operational sites are designed to handle high throughput volumes with streamlined workflows, reflecting Prozo’s broader strategy of building scalable and technology-driven logistics infrastructure. The company continues to invest in AI-powered demand forecasting, SLA intelligence, automated reporting systems and integrated multi-channel order management platforms to improve accuracy and execution speed.

Dr Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and CEO, Prozo, said, “Brands across sectors are re-evaluating their supply chains with sharper attention to shifting consumer demand, reliability, accuracy and operational depth. Our expansion in Karnataka aligns with this transformation. Facilities of this scale allow us to support fast-moving distribution networks with stronger process discipline, enhanced visibility and a more predictable operating environment. As demand patterns evolve across South India, we are reinforcing the infrastructure that enables companies to operate with confidence and consistency. With AI-led forecasting, SLA intelligence and multi-channel orchestration integrated into our systems, these centres strengthen our ability to deliver precision at scale while building resilient and responsive supply chains. The expansion also generates employment opportunities and supports the development of local talent within India’s evolving logistics ecosystem.”

Supporting brands and regional growth
Prozo partners with a wide portfolio of established brands across FMCG, consumer electronics, healthcare, beauty, fashion and lifestyle segments. The new Hoskote facilities are expected to support both existing clients expanding across South India and emerging brands onboarding to Prozo’s multi-client fulfilment network.

The latest expansion underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to building a technology-led warehousing and fulfilment ecosystem designed to improve reliability, enhance visibility and enable scale for businesses operating across India’s dynamic supply chain landscape.
