Flomic Global Logistics Ltd has successfully transported heavy industrial equipment for a steel melting plant from India to Nigeria, marking another milestone in complex international project cargo movements. The specialized shipment included machinery for a 500 tonnes-per-day Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant, which will form the backbone of a complete steel manufacturing production line. The equipment traveled from Mumbai Port to Lagos on CIF terms. The operation involved moving 115 cargo packages weighing a combined 850,595 kilograms across 1,120.902 cubic meters of space. Among the transported items were specialized machinery and installation components essential for setting up the steel melting facility. The entire cargo carried a value of roughly USD 3.04 million.
