Ahead of the year's busiest retail period, Edgistify, a supply chain and fulfilment provider serving more than 70 consumer brands, has expanded its warehousing network in North India. On 16 October 2026, the company announced the opening of a new 68,000 sq ft Grade A warehouse at the IndoSpace logistics park in Luhari, Haryana.
The facility is Edgistify's third high-grade fulfilment centre in the Gurugram region. Company representatives said the warehouse is already fully operational, with existing and new customers dispatching commercial orders from the site.
The expansion comes ahead of the festive season, one of the most important sales periods for consumer brands across India. Edgistify said its two existing Gurugram facilities had recently reached full capacity. The new Luhari warehouse gives growing brands additional space to position inventory in advance of peak demand. Keeping stock within a consolidated network also reduces the need to distribute inventory across multiple third-party logistics providers, helping limit operational inefficiencies, stockouts and delays in customer deliveries.
Built to support high-volume operations, Edgistify's regional network is designed to manage sudden order surges of up to 2.5 times normal daily volumes. The Luhari facility also functions as an omnichannel fulfilment hub, handling shipments for direct-to-consumer websites, online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and modern retail outlets through a shared inventory pool.
The rapid growth of quick commerce has changed the requirements of business-to-business logistics. Consumer brands are increasingly expected to supply smaller consignments more frequently, often within tightly scheduled delivery windows. Meeting these demands requires warehouses close to major consumption centres, supported by sufficient loading docks to ensure commercial vehicles can be handled and dispatched quickly.
Umang Shukla, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Edgistify, explained the need for additional capacity. "Our brands have grown faster than our existing space could keep up with, and the festive season is when that pinch shows most," he said. "We chose IndoSpace because they build some of the best warehouses in India. Luhari is run by the same team as our other sites, so for our customers it is simply more room in a network they already know."
Technology remains central to the company's integrated fulfilment model. Brands using their own warehouse management systems can continue with their existing software while Edgistify manages day-to-day warehouse operations. Businesses without advanced in-house systems can use EdgeOS, the company's proprietary digital platform.
EdgeOS connects with major online storefronts, leading marketplaces and established enterprise resource planning systems. This flexibility allows existing customers to move or expand inventory into the Luhari warehouse without going through an entirely new vendor onboarding process.
With this expansion, Edgistify is strengthening its role as a logistics partner for consumer brands, helping businesses manage seasonal demand and maintain reliable fulfilment operations. The additional capacity is intended to help brands keep their supply chains efficient as order volumes rise, rather than allowing warehousing constraints to become a barrier to growth.
