Pallet fire spreads to six warehouses overnight

Dallas firefighters battled a significant pallet fire overnight near Dallas Love Field Airport, which spread to six buildings and a transfer station. The fire was reported around 10:30 p.m. at a commercial complex located at 1738 Empire Central Drive. Initially, multiple 911 callers believed the flames were from grass or trees, but firefighters quickly discovered that numerous pallets were ablaze.
