Mahindra Logistics, the third-party logistics (3PL) arm of the Mahindra Group, has signed a five-year lease agreement for 4,75,742 square feet of warehousing space in Pune’s Khed industrial hub, strengthening its presence in India’s growing logistics and supply chain sector.According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a leading real estate data analytics firm, Mahindra Logistics has leased the prime warehousing facility from Karanje Emerald Logistics Park Pvt Ltd in Karanje Emerald Industrial Park, Village Karanje Vihire, Khed, Pune.
