MUMBAI: KSH Integrated Logistics Pvt. Ltd. The new development adds 50,000 sq. ft. of dedicated warehousing space, specifically designed to support the operations of a leading global FMCG beverage brand.

With this addition, KILPL’s total warehousing footprint in Bhiwandi now stands at 250,000 sq. ft., marking a significant step toward its goal of crossing 500,000 sq. ft. of operational capacity in the region within the current year.

As consumption trends continue to shift and distribution timelines become more compressed, the expansion enhances the company’s ability to deliver faster, more flexible, and seamless logistics services.

Built for round-the-clock operations, the facility is equipped to manage high inbound and outbound volumes, with a targeted truck turnaround time of nearly one hour. It also supports specialized cold beverage logistics, along with a range of value-added services such as packing, repacking, palletization, and shrink-wrapping.

The warehouse operates on a strong digital infrastructure, integrating SAP-based systems for GRN processing and invoicing, along with an advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS). This enables real-time inventory tracking, dynamic storage mapping, and efficient monitoring of value-added services, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and responsiveness across operations.
