JD Logistics has announced an expansion of its international express delivery services to seven Southeast Asian countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Brunei. This move follows its recent entry into South Korea and Japan and is part of a broader strategy that aims to extend its reach to approximately 80 countries by the end of the year.
Since launching international express operations in late 2023, JD Logistics has introduced two key services—"International Express" and "International Standard Express"—to cater to diverse business and consumer needs. The company is known for its efficient logistics solutions, with over 90% of JD.com's retail orders fulfilled within 24 hours.
JD Logistics is also enhancing its supply chain and warehousing capabilities globally, operating nearly 100 warehouses across various countries, including the U.S. and several European nations. In Southeast Asia, it recently opened a new, environmentally certified warehouse in Malaysia, further solidifying its infrastructure in the region.
The expansion underscores JD Logistics' commitment to meeting the rising demand for cross-border logistics, emphasizing reliability and innovation in its services.
