Celcius Logistics raises ₹250 cr in Series B to expand to 1,000 cities

Celcius Logistics, a homegrown third-party logistics company specializing in cold chain solutions, has secured ₹250 crore in its Series B funding round. The round was co-led by Eurazeo and Omnivore, with continued support from existing investor IvyCap Ventures. The funding includes a mix of equity investment, debt financing, and secondary transactions. Key debt partners in the round include Trifecta Capital, Lighthouse Canton, BlackSoil, UCIC, and GetVantage.The Mumbai-based company plans to use the capital to expand its cold chain network to over 1,000 cities across India and strengthen its technology platform to cater to growing demand for
