Three Gujarat-based firms Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone, Super Handlers and Empezar Logistics have submitted bids to build a 174-acre multimodal logistics park in Greater Noida, aiming to invest at least ₹1,200 crore, according to a statement from a minister in the Uttar Pradesh government. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) launched the initiative on May 23 to spur infrastructure growth and attract major investors. The park, located in Sector Kappa 2, Dadri next to an inland container depot and near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar will integrate road, rail, and air transport. Its planned features include container terminals, cargo yards, cold storage warehouses, and bulk and break bulk handling facilities. Applications closed on June 23, and in early July, UP Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, who also chairs GNIDA and other authorities, convened a review meeting
