Adani Port Sets New Record

Adani Gangavaram Port, one of India’s most advanced and deepest ports, has set a new record in coastal cargo handling, further solidifying its leadership in port operations & cargo handling. On Tuesday, the port successfully loaded 61,317 metric tons of cargo onto MV Star Nasia for TANGEDCO within just 24 hours surpassing its previous record of 57,950 metric tons set in January 2025.
This landmark achievement highlights Adani Gangavaram Port’s commitment to operational efficiency, innovation, and service excellence. According to an official release, the record-breaking performance was made possible through the effective deployment of mobile harbour cranes, mechanised cargo yards, and robust railway infrastructure.
The port’s integrated and technology-driven approach ensures seamless coordination between sea and land logistics. With direct rail connectivity and streamlined cargo movement systems, Adani Gangavaram Port continues to set new benchmarks in port operations & cargo handling across the Indian coastline.
