Ample Parks JV to launch first industrial and logistics park in Chennai

Ample Parks, a joint venture between UK-based private equity firm Actis and Mahindra Lifespaces, has announced the launch of its first industrial and logistics park at Mahindra World City (MWC) in Chennai. The ₹800 crore project marks the debut of Ample Parks' nationwide development strategy aimed at creating a modern logistics and industrial infrastructure across India. Spread across 71 acres along the high-demand Oragadam-Maraimalai Nagar industrial corridor, the Chennai facility will offer 2.1 million sq ft of Grade-A warehousing and industrial space.
