Dense, express-capable networks, supported by specialised material handling equipment and value-added services such as kitting, quality checks, labelling and customised packaging, protect product integrity while sustaining consistently high service levels across more than 19,000 serviceable pin codes. Multi-client warehousing and distribution centres located near major OEM clusters and consumption hubs help absorb demand volatility without disrupting operations. Strategic combinations of part truckload and full truckload movements improve utilisation and consistency across fragmented demand points, while air and surface express services protect time-sensitive OEM and spare parts export commitments under increasingly compressed timelines.
Reverse logistics has become equally strategic within automotive supply chains, extending logistics excellence beyond forward flows. Warranty returns, rejected components, recyclables and the specialised handling of damaged EV batteries demand structured, compliant and fully traceable processes. When aligned with forward planning and digital visibility, reverse logistics strengthens operational control and execution certainty while supporting evolving sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
As India reinforces its position as one of the fastest-growing automotive manufacturing and aftermarket hubs in the Asia-Pacific region, expectations from logistics partners will continue to rise. Industry projections indicate that the auto component sector could reach USD 200 billion by 2030 as India deepens its integration into global trade flows.
