Ilya Goncharov, Head of Industrial Projects at 3P Logistics Group, oversees complex project cargo operations across eight offices in six countries. With a focus on optimizing end-to-end logistics, Goncharov plays a key role in strategy development, cost reduction, process improvement, and ensuring on-time delivery of oversized and breakbulk cargo.
