Ember Cookware has brought Amit Singh into its leadership team as Chief of Supply Chain and Services, marking a strategic move as the company ramps up its presence across direct-to-consumer channels, quick commerce platforms, and traditional retail outlets. The appointment comes at a critical juncture for the brand, where supply chain efficiency and seamless service delivery have become central to enhancing customer experience and driving profitability.
Singh brings more than ten years of hands-on experience in supply chain strategy, operational management, and building extensive logistics networks from scratch. His professional journey began at Giant Hypermarket, a Singapore-based retail powerhouse, before he moved to PharmEasy in 2015. At PharmEasy, Singh was instrumental in establishing and expanding the company's pan-India supply chain infrastructure, enabling the organization to support aggressive growth trajectories across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer segments. Later, during his tenure at API Holdings, he took charge of supply chain operations across North India, managing complex, multi-city distribution networks with end-to-end accountability.
In his newly appointed role at Ember Cookware, Singh will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain and service operations. His remit includes sourcing raw materials, coordinating with manufacturing partners, managing logistics and warehousing, ensuring efficient last-mile delivery, handling post-purchase customer service, and developing the workforce needed to support these functions. His primary objective will be to build an operational framework that balances cost efficiency with resilience—shortening fulfillment cycles, optimizing inventory management systems, and maintaining a consistently high standard of consumer experience as Ember expands its footprint across the country.
"Supply chain is where growth either holds or breaks. As we scale across channels and geographies, we need operations that are efficient, resilient, and built for speed, without ever compromising on the consumer experience. Amit has done this before, at real scale. That's exactly what this stage demands," said Siddharth Gadodia, Co-Founder and CEO of Ember Cookware.
Himanshi Tandon, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Ember Cookware, emphasized the importance of operational excellence in delivering on the brand's promise. "As we scale, supply chain efficiency becomes as important as product and brand. Our promise to consumers isn't just about what's in the box—it's about every touchpoint before and after. Amit's mandate is to build the operational foundations that make that promise consistent at scale."
Reflecting on his new position, Amit Singh shared his enthusiasm about joining Ember Cookware. "Ember is building something genuinely different—a category-defining brand with a clear purpose and the ambition to match. The opportunity here is to build supply chain infrastructure that doesn't just keep pace with growth, but enables it. I'm looking forward to the work."
This leadership addition is part of a broader organizational strategy at Ember to deepen its management bench across key business functions as it transitions into its next growth phase. The company continues to channel investments into its Innovation Lab, develop proprietary material technologies, and strengthen operational infrastructure. These efforts are designed to build the organizational capability required to scale a consumer-focused business with the level of rigor and operational efficiency that the cookware category demands in today's competitive market.
