Gautam Adani-led Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) has made a bold foray into the global freight forwarding business, marking a major milestone in port logistics in supply chain evolution. Leveraging its 45.5% share in India’s container traffic and access to key air cargo terminals, APSEZ is now poised to challenge global logistics leaders like DHL, Maersk, and CMA CGM.  This move, spearheaded by Akshyat Bhatia former Maersk executive and now VP of Logistics at APSEZ quietly launched in Q4 of FY25.
