DC Jammu emphasizes importance of adhering to SoPs throughout supply chain, from godowns to end beneficiaries

Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya, held a comprehensive review meeting today to assess and enhance the operations of the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Department, with a strong focus on modernizing supply chain management. The meeting was attended by Sub Divisional Magistrates, Chief Planning Officer Uttam Singh, and Assistant Directors Santosh Kumar and Haroon Rashid Naik. The discussion centered on increasing the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the supply and chain management system, aligning it with the future of supply chain management and current SCM innovations
